Supplies needed to create 25 ea. Mini Circus Balloons SWAPS are included. You will receive precut foam balloons in assorted colors, yarn in assorted colors, safety pins, instructions and one completed sample. Completed size is about 1-1/2" for the balloons and an additional 3-4" for the yarn. You will need to have glue on hand to complete these adorable SWAPS.
